    I would say go for the experience! You’ve already paid the fee, so just go for the class and then decide afterwards if she gets a place! If not she’s still got her place with Northern and also had another nice day out. And answer to question re etiquette - lots of children do more than one associate programme! So you’re not stepping on anyone else’s toes!

    Astrid - ah my little student was in 9.30 class for a yr 5 place, hopefully Manchester! We opted for Birmingham audition as Manchester one clashed with school exams and didn't think she would be allowed the time off 🤪 Good luck to all those still to audition 🍀🍀

    Astrid - what a fabulous observant little dd you have! Which class was that 9.30? All I've heard is that she really enjoyed it! Now the wait begins!! 😁

    Ahh thank you - heard from mum to say she was so excited this morning. She was certainly very calm in class last night 😁

    I think it’s only when they get to upper school that they can wear any make of shoe! It’s just lower school that’s freed! Saw something about this recently but can’t remember where 🤔

    From memory I think parents get a talk and tour of the school. I think pupils get to go to boarding (but this was going into yr 10 - so maybe parents go with younger!) Then there’s uniform too! Im sure others will fill in any bits I’ve missed 😁 good luck 🍀

    Hi I’m boosting this as no I didn’t bin what I had left! Couldn’t bring myself to throw away!! I know I still have the v neck sweaters available and the blazer and poss some joggers and drama top. If interested pm me as if don’t go by Friday I’m taking to school in case they have a second hand stall! Hopefully going to pick up art work and watch show on Friday x

    I’m going to have to say don’t forget KS Dance in Warrington. My dd has never been happier! Small classes and fabulous teachers. If you can get there, they are performing Romeo and Juliet at The Brindley Runcorn tonight and tomorrow. There’s nothing like seeing a performance of a school to get a feel for what they do. There’s also contemporary, modern, musical theatre, hip hop and tap on show.

    We ended up going to Morrison’s on first day and buying a 4 draw plastic chest! It was really handy!! X

    Can she wear a flesh coloured ‘body’ under her leotards or a flesh colour dance bra?? I’ve allowed this with my bigger busted girls! You can get them from any good dancewear shop or online! X

    KS Dance in Warrington and Hammond in Chester both summers schools with no audition requirement!

    Hiya i would say fitted sheets are better and I know the girls house was always hot! happy labelling! ive only ever done the woven labels myself! Hundreds of the things! 🤪🤪

    I know of some people who did MA’s and SA’s at Elmhurst too. But I don’t know if school knew they were doing it! I totally agree, leave the MA’s and SA’s for people who didn’t/don’t want full time training!
