    The dancing was the best bit of this rather tedious (and at times very noisy) Prom. I had a great view from the front row!

    Well, they tried 8 o'clock recently and lots of people complained. You can't please all the people all the time. I suggest those who don't like 9 o'clock provide feedback to ROH - box office email address is on the website.

    You should able to get a ticket for that insight nearer the time. Very limited availability when I booked so I imagine there are loads of tickets held back.

    ??? It's a Leonard Cohen song about the Holocaust, written more than 10 years before Kain retired. In any event, it's quite possible that Arlene didn't know that the same lyrics might have been used for another piece on the other side of the Atlantic.

    You can see the breakdown of costs in the financial statements (you can find them on the Charities Commission website). The cost of production, sales and operation attributed to RO was £18.9m and RB, £10.75m.

    Well last night I was just finishing a conversation with someone in NYC about the mixed bill so, in my opinion and bearing in mind I was on my own, no different from continuing a conversation with my neighbour.

    No-one is saying that; people are just saying that the dancer chose the company and not the other way round as you had implied. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing McKay dancing with the company.
