    Well, they tried 8 o'clock recently and lots of people complained. You can't please all the people all the time. I suggest those who don't like 9 o'clock provide feedback to ROH - box office email address is on the website.

    ??? It's a Leonard Cohen song about the Holocaust, written more than 10 years before Kain retired. In any event, it's quite possible that Arlene didn't know that the same lyrics might have been used for another piece on the other side of the Atlantic.

    You can see the breakdown of costs in the financial statements (you can find them on the Charities Commission website). The cost of production, sales and operation attributed to RO was £18.9m and RB, £10.75m.

    No-one is saying that; people are just saying that the dancer chose the company and not the other way round as you had implied. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing McKay dancing with the company.

    I see the online casting list has been amended and confirms no alternative cast for parts 1 & 3, which is very disappointing.

    That's a non-sequitur. You're complaining that the first night cast dancer does not look like Ferri. What's that got to do with whether there's enough time to rehearse another cast?

    I imagine the dancer was chosen with reference to quality of dance over physical attributes.
