Such sad news.

Not sure if there is an official name but it looks like it would be at the least painful if not inviting an injury.

I took part in the ENB Swan Lake workshop a couple of years ago at the Colosseum which was very interesting and enjoyable to take part in. Based on the level of Dancers attending the Class and Rep were geared more to Intermediate level of attainment. The Workshop ended with the perhaps one and only (ever) demise of Rothbart in Act Two surrounded by a group of rebellious Swans ! I am reminded after the ending of an ENB Dress rehearsal of Swan Lake in Manchester when, costumed as Odette the Ballerina decided to practice Odile's 32 Fouettes. An interesting sight to see !

So sad to hear of Kevin's passing. I met him as a result of an ENB Friends event some years ago and will remember him from keeping in touch as a witty, caring and highly talented individual. If there is a public memorial service at some point please can someone publish the details on here?

I hope that Mathew Golding recovers well from his injuries .I have watched him in the ENB Corsaire and enjoyed watching his performance. When he signed my programme he came across as a nice friendly and approachable person.I wish him well for his future roles. -

Sadly I know of someone like you mention Kate. Truly Delusional. An average dancer at best who is always saying how good they are and on about these advanced Solo's and repertoire that they study and can dance but are strangely reticent when it comes to actually demonstrating any of these skills when ever they have an opportunity to...
