  1. I have SCS D26 available for the Contrasts bill on 8 August - face value is £15 (eticket). Please PM if interested.
  2. Seems to be, as some of those seats are sold on the seating plan! Still have to pay the £1.50 booking fee too...
  3. I thoroughly welcome relaxed or chilled performances; it's a wonderful idea and allows those who otherwise might not have access to a show to see it. Even the Proms had one this past weekend (and I hear it was very successful).
  4. I don't know where the 17% figure came from, but by my calculations the rise was somewhere between 9.5% and 20% depending on where within each band the relevant salary actually lay.
  5. This is already being discussed by a number of posters here so I've locked this thread.
  6. I have SCS D26 available for tomorrow's Swan Lake matinée available. Face value is £15. Please PM if interested.
  7. Happening to me too, on the phone, tablet and home computer (Mac) but not on my work computer.
  8. I have D29 stalls circle standing for the 2 o'clock matinee available - face value £15 and it's an eticket. Please PM if interested.
  9. It is indeed (and not the first time I've got ladies' final tickets this way).
  10. I got tickets for the ladies' final through ticketmaster this morning. Took about 4 goes I think (with a quick break to check on Kristin Chenoweth tickets, which also went on sale through ticketmaster at 0900 this morning).
  11. Just because nothing is available doesn't mean everything has been sold. Tickets can be in a basket and then returned or someone might be timed out.
  12. And has beaten Nadal at Wimbledon before...
  13. [thought I had posted this last Thursday but obviously not - thankfully it was still here waiting for me!] I have been successful on this a number of times (all for centre court) since it was first introduced (including ladies' final day once). Twice I have got a return (one in the front row, one in the second, both down in that corner where Sue Barker does her interviews), I went on Monday (so booked on Sunday) and on Friday (booked Thursday). When I did it on Sunday, it was about 9.06 when I finally got a ticket, on Thursday morning it was on my second attempt. I would suggest not being logged-in before and just being on the tickets page and continually refreshing from one minute before tickets are meant to become available. The reserved tickets are all together and nothing I've seen when there leads me to suspect bots are being successful. There are a lot of fans looking for tickets and supply well and truly outstrips demand. The anti-bot tests drive me scatty (surely you should only need to do it once). I had one the other day where I had to click on every square!
  14. Very pleased to see KO'H has changed his mind on PCAs. Thrilled for all promoted dancers.
  15. Not a promotion but it appears (from T Dyer's Instagram) that Hristov is leaving RB. An elegant dancer who will be missed.
  16. I don't think it's strange at all. In most businesses, those seeking promotion are told whether they are successful or not before a full announcement is made to the rest of the company/firm etc. I don't see why a ballet company should be any different. We are talking about people's employment here.
  17. I don't think it's appropriate to suggest a reason for someone's illness.
  18. I imagine a sizeable number of tickets for the MacMillan shows and events have been held back for the other participating companies. When I booked (when Premium 2 Friends booking opened), the entire front stalls section was unavailable for some of the main stage shows and there were only a small handful of tickets for some of the Clore events. Accordingly, I'd suggest keeping an eye out for more tickets going on sale at a later date.
  19. Worth noting that ROH got the funding it asked for (according to their online statement here).
