Worthing Theatres include films at the Connaught studio cinema and the Connaught show films as well as having theatre shows( there is also the Pavilion Theatre and concerts etc at the Assembly Hall. Volunteers provide extra help at very busy times.

Actually at that venue there are bins around the edge of the cinema so it is not hard to dispose of rubbish at the end and it is often a team which includes theatre volunteers that pick up rubbish at the end, all of whom are very grateful to those who don't leave a mess behind them.

How about the cupcakes with a little tree decoration that picks up the theme used on the cup cakes?

The Epley manoeuvre is designed to move the bits that float around in the ear canal around as they touch the fine hairs and it is this that interferes with the balance mechanism as far as I understand it. It may need to be performed several times to be effective and yes it isn't a pleasant experience. The balance clinic if you can be referred will do extensive tests which can help identify the problem. In my case the problem never goes away completely but can be helped and it is worse sometimes than others. Good luck with finding some help.

Not really a dance as such as far as I remember, think they were miming tapping out the gold in the mines. I think they had gold "bovver" boots too.

Yes they do, last time they came -interesting gold costumes!!!

I had acute labrinthitis a number of years ago ( most unpleasant) and it left me with benign positional vertigo. The only thing that has really helped me is the Epley manoeuvre which both my Doctor and the Balance Clinic have performed . Medication and the exercises given by the Balance Clinic unfortunately in my case weren't effective.

Best wishes to both for a speedy recovery

Some are Royal Ballet Associates and the others come from the Susan Robinson School of Ballet -
I was somewhat appalled many years ago when in a similar situation with a child at vocational school to be told by one of the house staff " never mind it will be somebody else's turn next week". Fortunately there was an older pupil that helped greatly!.

Yorkshire Assembly Summer School is good value as you get a lot of classes for your money and the teaching is excellent.

Can thoroughly recommend it. Very different to anything else I have read and fascinating. -
We were lucky enough to be invited to the evening event, wonderful building, so pleased for all the Company. Highlight was watching Christopher Bruce rehearse Rooster. Can't wait to see it after Christmas. Lovely evening and we were made very welcome.
