sorry buti will have to disagree with you there there is much 'merit' in the ballet Frankenstein - some really interesting dance moves and some music that is most pleasant - just because it is not completely at the 'genius' standard (set by Ashton etc) it is good viewing for most people - you do not need to read the synopsis to understand the story - though it does help in places! just because you personally disliked it ,the rest of the ballet world does not necessarily share your negative views frankenstein does definitely stand on its own merits - well done liam scarlett - give us more.......

i'm with you spd444 - pretentious gobbledegook imo - no point in reading it - never makes a bit of sense to me! - however still going to 2 performances to see the dancers!!

noooo - absolutely no point - save the money and use it to buy better tickets - conversation I had with box office when I was a "friend" but you shouldn't expect to be able to get tickets fro any events just because you are a friend!!" save your money and your temper........hope you manage to get what you want

well you may just think that the roh have indeed improved the booking experience with the 'no waiting room' website but the question I would like answered is WHY they let their 'FRIENDS' buy ALL the stalls standing tickets Before the rest of us? - at 10:03 looking at triple bills- manon- don Q- Alice no standing places at all - there must be Some somewhere - not for us it seems.................highly disappointed...

very glad that the ROH are delighted to offer this incentive to students - wish they had the same curtesy and enthusiasm for members of the general public - taxpayers of this country -who earn small amounts - the number of tickets affordable to us has diminished exponentially in the past 5 years or so - leading to scarcity of good cheap tickets like the stalls circle standing which are virtually impossible to obtain on general booking day - even if logged in by 10 am - WHY they now should choose to reduce these further is beyond belief!! Share them out between more people PLEASE so that we all get SOME - at the moment you need to be either a high level FRIEND or a STudent - NOT FAIR - stop fiddling around and make a fairer system please

great - its a pity that it is all taking so long - many dancers are still there and their profiles could have been avail for about 6 years to inform watchers about them - at then moment this cant happen -static _ is not always a bad thing if the required information is getting to the people who want it - bu thanks for the reply and hurry up

myself and countless other true ballet fans have very much enjoyed viewing davem and others rehearsal pics of roh ballets - it is a GREAT SHAME that some jobsworth at ROH is now going to deny us HONEST fans that priviledge for no APPARENT good reason!! sounds like some insecure employee flexing his power - or throwing his toys out of the pram!! Please ROH when will we get back the biogs of all dancers - whatever level - which were on the website a few years ago - put the old ones back if no one has time to do new ones - many dancers are still the same - but PUT THEM BACK please - we enjoy seeing who is who and finding out about new dancers- it is easy information to display and is SADLY LACKING now - you said you would do it several years ago!!!

same as you - did get a hansel and gretel 1st at 10 am - then blew it all by taking too long and not noticing that my 30 mins was up and losing the lot - frustration does not describe - then my h and g ticket was visible on the page but got same message as you about cant get 1 toickets together - it was "MY" ticket - what was occurring - hate the system.......

ABYSMAL - How do the |ROH think they can get away with this SHABBY SERVICE for customers in 2012?? World Class? - BOTTOM of world class in my opinion!! How can working people who cannot take odd days off when they like - eg teachers - ever book a ticket to see the RB??? Lunch break time 1 hour - time through waiting room over 2 hours - the sums say it all - despite trying to log on at 8.25 am on arrival in work am still waiting to arrive at the actual site - have been in waititng room at least 5 times and counting down from 1980ish then lose the lot... hate the site - hate the system - could do miles better!!! on ofsted gradings - UNSATISFACTORY - needs to improve
