  1. Ticket spoken for. Lachlan, I'll need an email address so as to be able to forward the ticket to you.
  2. I'm unable to use my ticket for tomorrow's Tannhäuser rehearsal which starts at 6pm. It's free of charge to anyone who's able to use it. Despite being in the rear amphitheatre (U55) it has an excellent full view. If interested, please post here and send me a PM.
  3. The seat view doesn’t make the restriction very clear but part of stage right is definitely not visible from B16.
  4. I just checked the price of stalls circle B16. I I know it’s restricted as I’ve sat there (in the days when it was only £32). The price is definitely £112!
  5. Thank you oncnp. I've just tried to do this. I hope it's worked!
  6. Sorry, Alison, but I've searched everywhere for the 'calendar tab' you mention and have been unable to find it. Maybe you could post the Finnish National Ballet's Liam Scarlett Carmen for me?
  7. Finnish National Ballet's website is streaming Liam Scarlett's Carmen. It appears to have been recorded a couple of days ago (January 21) and, according to the website, it will remain available for streaming until May 20: https://oopperabaletti.fi/en/stage24/carmen-ballet-recording/ Maybe somebody could add this to the Upcoming Events? I've forgotten how to do this and haven't been able to find the instructions.
  8. The production dates from 2006 but the costumes were changed some years later so as to be closer to the original Messel designs. Might it have been during Monica Mason's final year as director - i.e. the 2011/12 season? I'm sure somebody will remember.
  9. There will be a matinée on August 5. Here are the dates and prices for the Summer Season. I just posted them on the Summer Season thread so I hope it's OK to repeat them here: https://media.wordfly.com/roh/2022-23-bp4-pricing-v2.pdf?utm_source=wordfly&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2023_Jan_Friends_Enews_13&utm_content=version_A&emailsource=70498
  10. Dates and prices for the Summer Season are in the Friends' E-news that was sent out this evening: https://media.wordfly.com/roh/2022-23-bp4-pricing-v2.pdf?utm_source=wordfly&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2023_Jan_Friends_Enews_13&utm_content=version_A&emailsource=70498
  11. Assuming Spotify gives the music in the order used by NDT, I think the items might have been rearranged for the Australian Ballet production. Also, some pieces appear to have been changed. Before booking, some people might like to explore the music used so I've pieced together the information which was given at the end of last June's stream of the Australian Ballet production and have added extra details found on the Australian Ballet website (https://australianballet.com.au/blog/a-to-z-of-kunstkamer) and have come up with the following: If anyone who also watched the stream notices any inaccuracies in the following, I'd be grateful if they'd point them out. Part One I Archive: Purcell arr. Stokowski Dido When I am laid to earth Film by Sol León and Rahl Rezvani II Overture: Beethoven Overture to Fidelio Sol León III Near Light: Music Ólafur Arnalds Sol León IV Janis: Music Willie Mae Thornton, Janis Joplin Ball and Chain. 12. Unfortunately, due to Covid, I'm not able to use my tickets for ENB's Swan Lake at the London Coliseum for the following performances: Tomorrow, Thursday Jan 12 7.30pm Balcony A27 Saturday, Jan 14, 7.30pm Balcony A35 Emma Hawes and Aitor Arrieta are scheduled to dance in both performances. The tickets are in the front row of the Balcony and are both on an aisle. With senior discount, they are £10 each. If interested, please send me a PM and post here to let me know that you have done so.
  13. Sadly, due to Covid, I won't be able to use my ticket for the Sleeping Beauty rehearsal this coming Saturday, January 14, 11.30am. It is an excellent seat and is on the aisle of the front row of the amphitheatre, (middle block) A51. It cost £26 but I'm happy to accept £20 or near offer. If interested, please send me a PM and post here to let me know that you've done so.
  14. All my tickets are in the Balcony. I imagine seats aren’t showing as available because they’re all sold.
  15. There’s something wrong with the seat maps. For those who have priority booking, they can see that C77 is priced at £70
  16. The stalls circle standing places are not on the ground floor. They are on Level 1 and, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there are any benches at that level. They will need to go downstairs to reach the benches you mention, assuming you mean the ones which are in the semicircular area behind the stalls.

  20. Leanne Benjamin has definitely done Odette/Odile. I remember seeing her performances and loving her in the role. I just did a quick search of the performance database and found that she featured in several performances in 2005 - i.e. when she would have been around 40 years old. Here are two of them: https://www.rohcollections.org.uk/performance.aspx?performance=1909&row=184 https://www.rohcollections.org.uk/performance.aspx?performance=1927&row=190
