  1. Loved every minute of it, particulary George Edwards and Tilly Wightman's piece
  2. The casting info is great but how to read the order of running!?😄

  4. Where were you sat and does the orchestra get in the way of people on the rear part of the stage?
  5. Oh dear, is the stage particularly high? Or is it the B & C rows that are at a disadvantage view wise?
  6. If her throne is anything like my sofa it will have quite an impression in it, and my sofa is only 12 years old!!
  7. I'm reading it at the moment, young Yasmine has just had a bit of a tantrum and so her mum has to deal with that 😄 I got my double signed copy in the ROH shop, they eventually started selling it much to my relief.
  8. I should've said she's a Young Friend in the original post. So you have the same problem, I'll let her know.
  9. Odd, she was particularly interested in Mayerling but each production for the rest of the season has the same date of release for Friends and Young Friends and that's in the region of a month in advance of the public. She has messaged the box office so maybe they'll put her mind at rest.
  10. She must be, the page that gives her the date of her booking date of 26th July (which is not a date listed on the general page as being relevant to any customer type) also has a button to View Magazine and Season Guide....it does also states she can book a rehearsal from 12th July, and additional rehearsals from 14th July
  11. Can anyone that is a Friend or Young Friend tell me when the 'Your Booking Dates' states performances and Insights will open for you? My friend (with a small f) is concerned it's telling her that booking opens on 26th July when it should be 5th July.
  12. Thank you, this has all been very useful...I'll definitely ring before booking to see where they think the current areas are.
  13. I've done a quick search and can't see a discussion sooooo..... Can anyone tell me what you would expect to see in one of the £16, 75 minute tours of the ROH during the off season? The website states twice that it 'does not enter the backstage areas of the Royal Opera House' it but I'm not sure exactly what that rules out.
  14. Finally seeing Giselle Osipova as Juliet O'Sullivan/Sambe, Kaneko/Bracewell Magri/Richardson in R&J Steven McRae's return in R&J Claire Calvert as Odette Kaneko/Bonelli in Swan Lake The Ashton triple bill
  15. I think that would be a bit too quick, I'd be expecting Isabella Gasparini to become an FS first but I'm hoping Leticia will be a Soloist.
  16. It's far better than it was....all the Aud Jebsen dancers are now listed, with brief biographies (a pic to help identify them would be nice). I assume Bracewell and Clarke are still First Soloists until the start of the new season so that's not changed yet.
  17. Thank you Capybara, I’m now singing West End Shows to the tune of West End Girls
  18. Thank you, I have now now been helped out with one 🙂
  19. The RBS have posted a decent clip of some of their routine now https://www.instagram.com/p/Ceg3f1GDfz3/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
