    Not all dancers have the same characterisation or interpretation as others of the same rank in which case maybe that's more the fault of the person that chose them for the role

    I wasn't imaging this was I, it was announced just before curtain up that there was a cast change, Isabella Gasparini replacing Amelia Townsend....which she did do (it certainly looked like her)...but in act 4 and curtain call, Gasparini was replaced by Sophie Allnatt?

    Did you not hear the gasps? I've always been very nervous when people have to come down stairs...particularly in R&J! They should have the automated warning we have at our railway station....'when on the stairs, please use the hand rail and take care'.....and install a hand rail!

    I wouldn’t be surprised if Yuhui has been provisional Odette since about 2008 ☹️

    One of the dancers posted a video that looked at a notice board that had a roster on it, those two were listed as provisional.

    Melissa was down as a provisional Odette, along with Yuhui but I assume that means someone would have to be injured very early in the rehearsal before they get called up.
