    Well done YoungerZ my DD also on reserve but not heard anything and not expecting to as she is 18 and doubt if older dancers will turn it down x

    Don't want them to think I'm a pushy mum !! Lol might ring in week . DD was fine wen I tx her she sd she is happy to get as far as she did especially as so much talent xx

    Just got DD letter she has reserve ! I'm disappointed but she told me after audition that the talent was amazing so she won't be upset . Don't expect many will be turning down a place ? Congrats to all that have a yes you should be very proud and let's hope some of us on reserve get a chance . Do u know if everyone gets on reserve if not placed ?? Xx

    Think I used second class as that's all I had as we applied few days before the audition ! If it's alphabetical order then we will b waiting as T ! Or have yes and reserve letters gone first and then the NO !! Hope not good luck 2 all waiting xx

    Thanks Angel . Dd was waiting near the ENBS timetable and saw some girls looking at the timetable and discussing the classes they had that wk ! I have told her that she wouldn't of got to finals unless she had something they liked ? We will see but she loved the audition and I now wish over the years that she had been able to audition for other shows but her ballet sch didn't agree with it ! Now feel she has missed out ! She isn't at that sch anymore she is doing MT and happiest I've ever seen her xx

    No news here DD not bothered she doesn't think she will get place as she is older so will b compared to the ENBS girls !! So no chance ! Would be better if we knew how many they take might only be small number ! DD has her show coming up at her sch so at least she can focus on that x

    Hi my DD was in group A she did the jazz and contempory but she said everyone was good so she is just gonna wait and c she enjoyed the day but we don't no much about it as first time she has gone for it ! DD said there were students from ENBS who will obviously get a part and a boy from ENBS who wAs amazing ! X

    My DDs didn't go vocational full time sch but still feel that their education especially for DD1 suffered as very difficult travelling from sch then she often did 4 hours of ballet plus Saturday classes and feel that she had to rush homework and although did ok at GCSE s could of done better ! Also at time we were relaxed about it as she was going to full time ballet at 16 but after 2 and half hrs gave up because sometimes what they think they want at 15 is different to when they get to 18 !! She is doing RAD teaching cert now so has worked out ok. Other DD who saw what happened to her sister decided that when GCSE s were coming up to not go ballet as much and pushed herself stayed behind at sch to do extra and did very well, she told us that she knew she didn't want to do A levels so felt she had to get good GCSE s and then concentrate on dance however she is not going down ballet path as is at MT sch on dance course . It was a difficult time as ballet sch were not happy that she wasn't going as much and she often came home upset !! I am quite surprised that some of these full time schs aren't as academic as I always thought that as they had small classes students would do well especially if we are talking about the top 4 in UK !!

    I couldn't get to watch as working !! But my DD enjoyed everything about it and felt she improved ! She loved all the teachers and was definetly a positive 3 days . Would of booked for summer as well but it's almost same dates as Russian Masters summer sch and have paid already xx

    Anyone know how many main cast get picked ? They have had quite a few auditions so am thinking nx stage is going to be difficult ! Angel my dd also not used to new things and hasn't done lots of auditions but did enjoy it . Don't think my dd will be in with much of a chance as not at full time ballet sch ! She is at MT sch doing dance course but suppose it's if you are what they are looking for ? Good luck x

    Angel my dd used to go to a sch like that !! I feel that it's good to do auditions they need to see the talent out there and realise the competition ! Let's face it whatever happens in life there is always competition ! My dd hasn't done NYB before but we have been to see their shows a couple of times and thought it good and high standard x

    Angel just wondering if your daughter auditioned same time as mine ? Dd class was at 1 o'clock march 13 th . Why doesn't she want to go again ? X

    Biscuit r u only interested in full time ballet training ? Auditions for dance courses at Musical theatre schools are still on . Depends what you want ?? Good luck x

    Congrats to all that have got through . Atacrossroads my dd is 17 not very tall and in her audition mostly tall girls ! She is group A also on 8th just wondering how many they r looking for ?? Good luck to everyone x

    My dd also got letter today 4 finals ! Only decided week ago to go for it ! She loved the audition but we don't know much about NYB ! I'm presuming it's gonna be hard to get through nx stage but dd happy to get this far . Good luck to u all x
