Custom made catsuits for a group are about £40-50 this was the most expensive Brand new pancake Tutu was £80 only because I thought dd was worth it. festivals solo's most expensive was £3.50 duet/Trio's £3 and troupes £2,75 Entry the most expensive was only £3

swaybacksapphire - I have a lead on a place in the summer hols. Which is highly recommended by dance teacher. This place has stopped fitting recently and will be discounted. But if they don't have what is required I will try dancique in brum

my dd is only on her second pair of pointe shoes and I don't want to deshank her first ever pair of pointes so I need to get a new pair. So are they soft blocks fitted like pointes and are they about the same price or more expensive or cheaper?

MIDAS would be good

My dd audition for all four big dance schools for year 7 and got a no. Auditioned for MIDAS for a year 7 place got a yes. Auditioned for Elmhurst and Hammond for year 8 got a no. Stayed with MIDAS for year 8 and only reason not continuing got a place at Hammond for year 9

Holding a school accountable is all very well in theory in practice its a different matter. I've never had a problem with meeting teachers, senco's, head's or even governor's but they never talk to one another, so you have to talk to all of them. And how do you hold a school accountable when most of it (education ) is not in their hands. Any school fee paying or not you should have certain levels of expectation of treatment but if your child does not communicate that this is not the case until late or something happens later down the line how can you hold the school accountable. Schools and education change so quickly its hard to keep up
