Thank you for your help before auditions Okie, it really helped to prepare my daughter. Any helpful tips for other auditions gratefully accepted x

My daughter had her audition at Tring on Tuesday and I must comment that it was the most caring school we have visited. The staff show complete understanding as to how the auditionees are feeling and do their utmost to help them feel at ease. My daughter said both the panel watched her during the audition and they did centre exercises in twos which is so much better than the other auditions attended. Both the panel watched her entire solo and the director asked her questions about it. In all she came away from the whole experience very excited and I felt her confidence had been boosted greatly.

I should have found this out sooner, I think this is the only school where they are compulsory isn't it?

Do any of you know if A levels have to be studied alongside the dance course at Tring or can the student opt out x

When was your audition Okiepie 123? My daughter is worrying about her solo, did your daughter do a ballet or contemporary, en pointe, off pointe ....as you can tell nerves are setting in x

My daughter said are they using the new studios for auditions and have they said how long results take .....sorry to be a pain x

My daughters exam was the 9th but we haven't heard, that's the same exam session as your daughter Gowiththeflo. Hope we dont have to wait too long x

Has anyone's dancing children done the EYB Nutcracker ....just wondering what dances there are in Act Two.
