    It was hard to see the poor little ones in level three knowing the winner had been studying advanced one for many months. Should be a different way of doing it somehow .....

    Can anyone tell me what is expected at the Northern Ballet School Auditions. Day starts at 12, tour then ballet class then interview for prospective parents the form says .....more insight by someone who has gone through it would be lovely

    my granddaughter was there today but no parents allowed to go any further than to drop them off. Granddaughter knows no chance of getting in but enjoyed the experience of visiting

    My granddaughter was a main marinsky and enjoyed every minute. She said the ballet classes were so good and she learnt such a lot. Very sad day Sunday with the sudden realisation that it was all over

    Thankyou for those lovely words, my granddaughter was the marinsky in the burgundy leotard. The marinsky that was out injured managed to do the last dance on the parents showing day so that was lovely for her and her parents.

    I hope no one has asked this question before, if they have please accept my apologies. My daughter has a place with English Youth Ballet to do Swan Lake. We were just wondering what parts there are for a 14 year old 5ft 4" girl? We are extremely excited as this is our first time
