alison
Ooh, this is whetting my appetite quite nicely The Rambert and BRB triples sound particularly tempting, although I had been hoping we might get Taming of the Shrew. Perhaps that will be in a repeat visit later in the year? After all, they'll need to find an alternative venue if they can't use the Coliseum. May is unusually early for them to be releasing the new season: it's been June in recent years.
aileen
I was hoping for some visiting overseas companies but there don't seem to be any.
Beryl H
I wanted to see BRB's The King Dances, and in a great triple bill too, shame it's only on for 2 nights, nice to know about it before booking the ROH autumn stuff.
Simon
Love BRB so looking forward to seeing Swan Lake and the triple bill. Do other companies have this production of Swan Lake, I'm not sure if I've seen it before?
Jan McNulty
I don't know if they still do but I believe the Royal Swedish Ballet have performed this production. I think a performance of theirs was televised. This production is my favourite traditional Swan Lake.
billboyd
What difference does it make (if any) whether or not a company is an 'associate'?
RuthE
Hmmm. This looks like it covers only Sadler's Wells and the Baylis, not the Peacock as well, unless I'm mistaken. I was expecting to see details of British Youth Opera (who perform at the Peacock). That's not usual, is it?
