Shirley Hancock RIP

Renowned Dance Physio Shirley Hancock has passed away.  Shirley was more than a Physio, she was a friend, mentor, teacher, and the most brilliant diagnostician.  She “mended” my daughter in more ways than one, and on many occasions.  

 

We will remember her wit, her sense of fun, her beautifully manicured nails and her gorgeously patterned Freed of London shoes.  

 

Deepest condolences to Shirley’s Husband and daughters, to her friends, colleagues and clients, at Alan Herdman Pilates, at the schools where she worked, and all over the world.

Very sad to hear of Shirley’s death. She also mended my daughter regularly and lived in our hometown 😢

Such sad news. Shirley really fought for her dancers and was incredibly helpful at signposting me with a complex injury.

That's very sad news. Sorry to hear about Shirley. I never met her but know what wonderful work she did for friends' children

Oh my goodness such very sad news  She fixed my daughter as well.  We used have a natter whilst the machine did it's work on DD's feet.  She was so lovely
