    Yes, we had a letter from Tring with info about what was included in the audition and what they need to bring (jazz shoes, CD for solo and so on), map to school and a form to fill in and send back to confirm that you would be attending.

    No, I didn't have to re-do it, just told to Paypal separately with a note of her name etc. Bit worrying that they might not have her photos etc though if it doesn't turn up at some point. Thinking I might call to confirm it all around the closing date just to check.

    Vetty did it direct you to make a payment at the end? I only ask because I submitted our application and it sent me the same email saying thank you, we have received it and you will hear from us two weeks before the audition date. BUT it didn't direct me to make payment so I phoned to check and the lady said the application wasn't even in their inbox!

    Ooh help! I've done it but it didn't direct me to make the payment? Did I miss it or should I go back and click somewhere else? Anyone else filled it in yet and how did you sort the Paypal payment?

    I think they'll lose a lot of applications if it's really such a nightmare! I don't have paint for windows as I have an Apple (without photoshop). I think my file size is ok, it's just the file type... there must be some way of changing that but I don't have the time to do it right now! Will google at some point.

    The height and weight thing seems ok if you put a decimal point in there.... so 5.6 for 5'6" etc. You have to click what unit of measurement it is underneath anyway so they should understand. I'm having a headache with the summer school photos. It says my photos aren't allowed as they aren't a recognised file type but they are a ".png" which is on their list of accepted ones. What a headache. Have no idea what to do about it so have given up!

    My DD must have fallen off the face of the earth as I haven't heard from her since about Wednesday. I wouldn't mind... but I need her to tell me where she hid the Nutella before she went!

    Finally heard from DD at 11pm tonight. She said she is shattered but loving it and has even been converted to loving salad!! She says everyone is really sweet and hilarious. Sounds like it's a good week.

    My DD is in group B Afab. I was thinking that about the "Ballroom" and think it might be a scene as there is also "Ballroom Trios" on there. Can't wait to see what they've been up to at the end of the week.

    We are doing all ours as early as possible. I want all the stress over asap!!

    DD has one of these (third picture down). It keeps the hair nets from being ripped by the grips! It's easy to find in her bag too (she has the bright green one).     We are in the 2015 boat too. We aren't eligible for a Dada which is really annoying so are looking at all aforementioned plus abroad.

    Well that's weird because I've still had nothing. Emailed yesterday to ask about it and heard nothing back. Worried now but am sure she has a place otherwise they wouldn't have emailed me all the medical/room share stuff!

    Bumping this up to ask if everyone has paid their final balance yet? Had the email with all the paperwork on 28th May which said they would send out asking for the balance the following week but nothing so far unless I've missed it??

    My DD struggles with certain parts of the Adv Found syllabus as she has very long legs so it's interesting you comment on that. There is one part (excuse me for not knowing the name) where you kind of fondu and slide the leg back and then transfer all your weight by pushing up and back onto that leg and she find it so hard because she has such a long way to get up there!! Glad to hear the Adv 1 might be kinder to her!

    Is it the old syllabus you wanted as these were reduced to £5 on the RAD website but not sure if they have any left. If you can hang on DD is doing her exam in July sometime and you are more than welcome to our dvd after that.

    I couldn't find anything last year. Seems that schools are very in to their Spring and Summer courses but I couldn't see anything for later in the year!

    Can't help you with time of audition but have copied and pasted the directions for you if that helps? By public transport: Take the mainline train or the underground to Richmond, then the H37 bus (towards Hounslow) from immediately outside the station, alighting at the St Margaret’s Drive stop. Turn right down St Margaret’s Drive and the School is on the left. The buses are scheduled to depart about every 10 minutes, and the journey should take about 15 minutes. There are usually taxis at Richmond Station. Alternatively, take a mainline train to St Margaret’s Station, from where it is about a 15 minute walk
