Sadly, not an awful lot of dancing in that role. But it will be good to see him.

I think I heard Leanne Benjamin say, at the RB in Rehearsal on Tuesday, that Ed Watson was working with her coaching Romeo and Juliet. Can anyone else who was there confirm that?

Yes confirmed. She said he’s helping her coach the partnering.

Edward Watson is appearing in a triple bill at the Coliseum on 7th and 8th December 2019.  He is dancing in a world premiere by Wayne McGregor with Olga Smirnova:

The programme also includes Radio and Juliet and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui's Faun.

Watson with Smirnova?  Now there’s a very tantalising prospect!

Thanks for posting that Janet.  Not showing on the Coliseum calendar yet.

I still wonder why he is absent from RB.

'....to celebrate the most beautiful animal on earth: the human being'  I have to say I find tigers a lot more beautiful than any human being, not to mention Arab horses, wolves and eagles :D  Sounds an intriguing programme though, and it's good to know Watson is in performance condition.
