The email I got today said that uniform has to be purchased from Dancingboutique.com (if you go onto their website you'll find Elmhurst Associates under the uniform section.) Good luck with it all - I haven't a clue what sizes to order! Phone Dancing Boutique and give them the make and size of a leotard that fits your dd well and they will advise on size.
