  1. No because we are in tier 2 at home they are still allowed (for now!)
  2. Elite sports are allowed in tier 3 so I think they should be able to rehearse. I hadn’t got my hopes up too high but I’m still so disappointed, on a personal level and for the company. I think there might be an old nutcracker on at the cinema soon that will have to do!
  3. The Christmas period is just your Christmas bubble isn’t it? Rather than businesses
  4. Its a shame ENB didn’t choose one of the regional theatres (one of the few not in tier 3😫). Wishing I hadn’t told the kids we were going now!
  5. For those who have already been how full was the auditorium?
  6. they had fixed options of groups between 3 and 6. So it’s not immediately clear why the seating plan wouldn’t be pre-planned.
  7. thanks very much for the info! I think everyone else must have very sophisticated children who like gnocchi etc. Mine is definitely more chicken nuggets and chips...
  8. can you still order drinks via the app? With reduced capacity there would be plenty of room to spread out
  9. Only for care homes and the over 80e in hospital but hopefully Pfizer will find us a few more soon!
  10. Kids are so much taller now though. Average height has gone up 2” just since I was a teenager!
  11. My seat numbers have now appeared in my account so I wonder if they are trying a more dynamic system to maximise numbers
  12. Peterborough is only at about 200 and not seeing huge increases though Michelle. And being in Cambridgeshire all the surrounding is low and there is good availability of beds as it has 2 general hospitals nearby and two large specialist hospitals (Addenbrookes and Papworth) which have much higher numbers of ITU beds than most. It is going to be unfair for some but the previous system wasn’t working. Hopefully you’ll be able to get at least your private lessons back
  13. Thinking about it perhaps it’s that you don’t book individual seats as a group. It’s ‘group of 4’ quantity 1, so perhaps the booking system can’t operate the same when it’s not multiples of 1
  14. nope unfortunately not! For the performance it says ‘The Nutcracker Groups’ rather than just ‘The Nutcracker’ so I’m presuming they are using a slightly different system. Maybe more dynamic seating?
  15. It doesn’t appear to look any different to the laptop but of course all sold out now so can’t check! It just gives a group number. Nevermind, as long as I know where to go when I get there!
  16. Mine doesn’t look like that, not sure if it’s because it’s on the mobile site or because it’s a group ticket
  17. When do you get to find out your seat numbers? (Sorry if this has already been covered)
  18. Unfortunately Michelle you’re near Boston which has one of the highest infection rates in the country at 450 or something. Hopefully they’ll employ some of the rapid testing that seemed to work so well in Liverpool as the whole of North Lincs is looking pretty dire. County wide restrictions are really the easiest to administer but unfortunately it does mean that some are being unfairly penalised. With some of the places in lincs being so high hopefully that means that more resource will be directed your way and things will improve. Our rates managed to more than halve over a week period so there is hope!
  19. You’d expect the definition of mixing would be the same as before the lockdown though. So those open prior to it can re-open with all their measures in place?
  20. If you’re considering moving on in the near future, voluntary redundancy is a great result due to the extra payout! I imagine it must be hard to have 3 young children and both parents working such long hours. Sometimes you just get to the stage that you can’t do it any longer, I’m not sure it’s indicative of any major changes ahead.
  21. The prohibition on ‘mixing’ in exercise classes was there before the lockdown wasn’t it? I wonder whether some places and teachers just do t want the hassle of opening, especially as they would probably break for Christmas in a couple of weeks!
  22. If your definition of ‘mixing with’ is being in the same room then exercise classes would essentially be banned! So yes as a logical process I agree as they’ve specifically mentioned them as allowed in tier 2 without mixing, it means with social distancing. It wouldn’t be a group exercise class if only with your household. I can’t see any of the guidance which would apply to a private lesson. You’re not meeting ‘socially’ Not on the latest update anyway. If it’s not prohibited then you can go ahead??
  23. If it’s hamstrings specifically they can get very tight with growth spurts
