    I don't suppose they know how many beds are available until the funding auditions are complete. But same deal, no bed being offered in the first instance.

    Well done. No funding for us but an offer of a place if we can afford to pay for it. Is this the standard let you down gently letter or are these places limited too? Just wondering.

    Just discovered Tring ask for a solo for first audition. Anyone know how long it should be?

    There definitely seem to be more clashes this year than previously.

    Not all dance schools provide the accessories, we had to buy our own.

    Just about organised. What do I do with the ribbon? And do I really need to cut the waist elastic , I would normally just fold it over so I can adjust for growth. Silly details but someone here will know.

    So a couple of questions. Character shoes are to be low heel but currently dance with Cuban heel-is that Ok? Also leather shoes specified are they to be split sole or full sole? For Newcastle in case that makes a difference.

    Last year only 1 or 2 spaces available for Sunday p7's, not sure how many weekly places. So very difficult to get a place.

    Last year Scottish Ballet and Ballet West Sundays clashed a few times, so those in both had to make a choice.
