Yes exactly sorry if my post read otherwise. As mentioned originally, only raised it because a couple of people had said they hadn't had results yet and it's possible this is because they had only applied for Mids. It happened once before that someone hadn't ticked the WL box when they thought they had.

Yes but if you only tick Mids (and don't get that rare call to Finals even not having done so) you don't get your result for Mids until after WL Finals. So for example, DD2 auditioned on 20th Jan (London 1) and has not had a result and won't get one until March. Others may be in the same boat.

The only reason I thought to ask is I have a feeling someone on here a year or two ago had ended up not ticking both boxes by accident. Hope you can find out!!

I should imagine that places are so scarce that for some groups from each day not even one lovely dancer will be invited to Finals, especially for Years 8 and 9. Would be lovely to hear some good news though 🤞🙂

Hope people aren't kept waiting too long. We have over a month still to wait as though DD2 auditioned in London 1 was just for Mids, not White Lodge.

My friend double checked today and was told that results were being sent in batches. Hope everyone waiting hears soon 🤞

You are absolutely right - I'm the same and for my usual route from Holborn it won't be as close/convenient as the other two. I was just thinking about what you were saying about diversification and wondering if the plan was to broaden the appeal and thus my mind wandered to Pineapple etc. When I first saw the Drury lane shop closed and empty looking a couple of weeks ago I did panic mildly!

It's only moving a five minute walk from its current location and will be nearer (than now) to Floral Street and to Pineapple so it will be interesting to see how it does.

Was nice to see the mirrors open for Barbara Peters on The Greatest Dancer this weekend - our household was definitely willing her on!

Just sent an email to check. You don't have to submit a new application but you can let them know if you want to move the application to the new week (or I guess add it as an option if you are available for more than one).
