  1. adding to the wish list: Blue Boy in Les Patineurs, Bratfisch in Mayerling, Alaskan Rag in Elite Synchopations (with maybe Annette Buvoli?), Puck in The Dream
  2. I know it's a long shot as there are already 2 posts of members wanting tickets but I'm remaining hopeful I'm looking for a SCS or central Balcony standing ticket for RB's Don Q on 3rd November. Any leads would be very much appreciated. Many thanks, Silke
  3. I'm looking for Stalls Circle standing or central Balcony standing tickets for RB's Don Q on 11th November 1:00pm and 17th November 7:30pm. Many thanks
  4. I wish so too and would like to see Donnelly and Hay take on Drosselmeyer. Both are very fine dancers and I'd hate to lose them in any soloist dance roles but think they'd both be excellent Drosselmeyers and bring their je ne sais quoi to that role.
  5. Yes, they do. She snatches her friend’s fan and then exchanges (for her own ?) after her solo.
  6. I really quite liked tonight's performance. I'm calling it performance as, just like Tech-shows on Broadway, The Limit's preview performances are open to the public (unlike ROH Friends Rehearsals). I went in to The Limit without any expectations, though I had attended the Insight evening, and was really rather taken with the piece. Alexander Campbell and Francesca Hayward work so well together and both are great actors, telling whole stories with just their facial expressions. The set is quite stark (see photo), general lighting and overhead neon lights are used in a clever way. The musicians sit where Side Stalls right would normally be. Alexander and Francesca remain on the stage the entire 75 minutes. The music is really nice and for the most part doesn't interfere with the dancers speaking, it's generally either speech or music. I am looking forward to seeing Hannah Rudd and Jacob Wye tomorrow afternoon and then Francesca and Alexander once more in the evening.
  7. @Dawnstar I'm sorry, I didn't mean for you to take any photos down, I just pointed you to my little series I had also shared in case it had been overlooked
  8. Hi @Dawnstar I had posted 💐 series of Nela/Vadim on page 16 and of Fumi/Will on page 17 ☺️
  9. 4 magnificent performances in as many days. My cup runneth over!
  10. Hi Michelle, Would you alternatively be interested in a standing ticket (D-25) for the Rudd/Wye cast on Saturday 28th Oct matinee? Happy to swap with your 21st Oct matinee if it works for you. Many thanks, Silke
  11. I’ve been using that abbreviation for quite some time but it really seems to be catching on 😊
  12. 2 SCS just available (D-6 and D-7) I've stood there before and they're pretty okay
  13. Ticket returns now popping up on the ROH, currently prices from £14. you might want to keep checking
  14. I am so sorry for Steven to be injured again, and sorry for Anna Rose to miss her show. I really hope Steven's injury is nothing too serious. His partnership with AROS is really lovely. I wish him a speedy recovery. However, the alternate cast for tomorrow is such a treat!
  15. Hiya - I might be interested if still available. Thanks, Silke

  18. An "injured" Miss Osipova has been spotted guesting in Abu Dhabi: R&J with Reece Clarke
  19. As per Valentino Zucchetti when asked about it during an Insight when it was first staged it is pronounced Anemi (like me or tea) but he said that he anticipated everyone to pronounce it Anemoy.
  20. 2 pics preview, full set here on Facebook or Instagram 07 Oct 2023 matinee 07 Oct 2023 evening
  21. it sounds like it'll be another case of the MacGregor: dancers moving, music playing but neither really having anything to do with the other. Like Kristen McNally said herself that she would have choreographed some things very differently had she had the music to those segments before. I also wonder how much we will still be able to hear the dancers speak once the music is added.
