Ha ha you are funny. Well I was hoping Friday, as Birminghma were out so early this morning, but I'm now thinking not as I have friends who are still waiting for their results from Birmingham. Not too long now though I shouldn't think. Xx

I agree. Definitely isn't necessary for yr 7 entry or even yr 8. Even if they are already en pointe they are often stopped for a while and then all start together. My DD starting full time school in September, yr 7 and isn't doing pointe work yet.

Thanks Dancingshoes! My DS absolutely loved it. I thought it seemed very friendly and welcoming. I didn't think to ask how long we would wait for results so thank you for giving me the timeframe. Now we wait!!

Thanks everyone for clarifying. Did think it was a bit odd that there had been no news at all on here, so I had assumed results weren't out yet. I did ask friend was she sure. Now we know! Not too much longer to wait x

Has anybody had any results yet? A friend says that they know of somebody with results from Eastleigh. I wondered if this was right. Would mean our London results wouldn't be too much longer then, maybe same time frame as last year's results. Fingers crossed that they are!

My DD has never used character shoes at any of the Tring Summer or Easter Schools. It's really friendly so if she didn't have something she needed it wouldn't be a problem.

My DS is in first boys group. My DD is in group 2. Some others from her group have heard but some of us haven't.

My DD is going. She will be almost 11. The dorms vary and can be anything from 2 to 6 in a dorm. She has only ever been in a dorm with 6 in. They sometimes need to take duvets but sometimes just the cover and sheets and school provide the duvets. They just need dance stuff for each day and ballet shoes, jazz shoes if they have them. Roll on deodorant as the fire alarm is too sensitive for aerosols. They really will have a have a great time. They are allowed mobiles although sometimes they have to hand them in to the house parent at lights out. Can't think of anything else off hand. Any more questions just pm me. Hope that helps!! X

Rio Ferdinand went to ballet and he was awarded a scholarship to Central. Many rugby players at some point take ballet lessons to improve their game and it has been proven that they are fitter than other athletes.
