I have just watched the Ballet de Marseille trailer - any idea who the choreographer is?  It is so typical that so little information is given on the booking site - it seems that anything so specialist as the name of a choreographer is cobnsidered unnecessary!  Or is it me, and I just can't find it?

I must admit that I'd never heard of this company before but it looks most interesting.  I wish I could go!

The company will perform this choreography in various places in France over the coming year - with flight connections from the UK, this can sometimes be more practical than travelling to London. E.g., they'll be in Biarritz on 16th September as part of the dance festival "le temps d'aimer la danse" (http://letempsdaimer.com/ ... I'll be there on the 11th). The performance title in France though is "le corps du ballet national de Marseille".

Ballet National De Marseille has long been one of France's main companies. Roland Petit was AD for many years.

Exactly. Although from their website I'd say they've now gone in a bit of a different direction.
