Jan McNulty
It looks as though the tickets are selling really well already, which is good news. It will be a very emotional evening. I still can't believe what happened.
Don Q Fan
The full programme has been announced and looks pretty stellar especially with the special guests including Marcelo Gomes and some special pieces of dance. The programme can be seen here http://new-adventures.net/mr-wonderful-a-celebration-of-jonathan-olliviers-life-in-dance/news/full-programme-announce-for-mr-wonderful Edited January 9, 2016 by Don Q Fan
aileen
Unfortunately (or fortunately for the family) it is sold out. I saw something on Twitter about it being filmed.
Jan McNulty
It's no surprise that it is sold out but I suppose returns may become available. I am looking forward to the gala very much but I just wish that it wasn't necessary (if you see what I mean). I believe Kleenex shares are rising in price rapidly - I know I am taking lots with me.
Don Q Fan
There were tweets asking for the show to be filmed and profits from the resulting DVD could go to the trust fund for Jonathan's children. Would be good if it was filmed and made into a DVD.
alison
Matthew Bourne announced last night that ticket sales alone had raised over £65,000 for the trust fund for Jon's two boys. If you want to make a small donation (up to £10), you can text JONO16£X (where X is the number of pounds) to 70070 (and please Gift Aid if possible). If you wish to give more, you can here: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/charity-web/charity/displayCharityCampaignPage.action?charityCampaignUrl=inmemoryofjonathanollivier
