Jan McNulty
Yes, I had started my spreadsheet and all was going well until my husband installed Windows10 which lead to a complete computer melt down of some sort. I lost a lot of stuff including that spreadsheet and still need to psych myself up to start again. There is a lot of angry muttering in our house whenever that Windows 10 advert comes on!! Do you not save your files to the cloud (one drive in the case of Microsoft)?
Katymac
I added: Travel arrangements Audition uniform Audition kit (CDs, sheet music, solos ect, monologues, passport photos, id etc) Where we were staying & maps of the area to the spreadsheet - which really helped & I made up a folder with all the information in (duplicates f the music & everything) plus a master copy The master copy a leotard/tights/shoes went in her handbag & the audition & audition kit went in her dance bag - then even if she lost one or other she was OK - the Master kit was used in 2 auditons the first year & not at all in the second Edited September 19, 2015 by Katymac

Dance*is*life
We're still struggling with Windows Vista (that shows how old our lousy computer is). I'm afraid to get a new computer and lose all the family and dance photos on it! By the way don't be afraid to smile in the photos - it stops them straining especially when trying to keep balanced in 4th en pointe!
Pas de Quatre
Make a backup on a disc or flash drive - something physically separate! Whether they pics you've just taken and really like, or something old and precious.
