Does some one fix the floors at theatres then, such as the Birmingham hipodrone, when ballet is performed etc sorry about spellings

None of my three children were every weighed or measured in reception at school. Two of my friends have said it was year 6 when their children were measured and were told to their faces that they were over weight and a letter home to their respective parents. Both children do more than the average amount of exercise per week.

No body has mentioned about normal everyday schools weighing children in year 4 or 5. A friends son who does not dance but has low self confidence refused to eat because the school said he was over weight. He was not, but he is quite tall

I am being very silly but shouldn't the NHS be sorting out these problems and not private health providers

How long between ballet gradings for idta should you leave? my dd has done the syllabus for both grade 3 and 4 at the same time?

My DD school hires out some of their costumes to the students and some the parents buy. its usually 1 hire to 1 buy and the school never adds money onto the costume price and tries very hard to get cheapest ones from primark or Matalan etc. The ones the parents buy they keep or sometimes they are brought back

Bluebird22 As a mom of a DD i would be very interested in your project. My DD is only 10 and I have started to look at where she needs to go next. There is not one place (except here) where I can find out and compare the vocational schools. I would also mention the funding in your pack if you can get your head around it

Are the Yes' for the Elmhurst summer school for the older or younger group? My daughter has applied but no email as yet

My dd is a little younger and really enjoyed the 10.15 section of the day. I think she wished it was longer.

Thank you all for your concerns. I did try to get some where for us to stay but they were either very expensive or full like the premier inn. The Rose and Crown is still under refurbishment. We are off for a girly day, and have had a refund.

No she was not ill just a little different from every one else. She was not harming herself or any one else or being naughty just different. so they said that she could not stay over night. and I could not find any where to stay over night with her

well the easter course at Tring was disappointing . they sent my dd home for really no reason and upset her in the process

my dd is 10 and I do not know what group she is in because she sent me away before we found out. I do know that she is in dorm n.

My dd is there, Tring looks lovely and my daughter was so excited but nervous. She has never been away with no friends or family before

What is a classical leotard and how do they differ from the ordinary ones ? dd going to Tring easter course and they have asked for at least one classical leotard. Also dd is going on her own and doesnt know any one. she is excited but i am nervous

Hi all Sorry to be a pain. Elmhurst would like some photos for the 2013 Summer School. They have given some diagrams to show front, side, back with feet together and a pointed foot and leg one. My question is do i get my dd very busy dance teacher to supervise with me taking the photo, the dance teacher and a very good amateur photographer or just me taking the photos? and my dd of course. Its the first time we, my dd and I have done this so any help is greatly appreciated
