  6. hi Lil, yes but there were a couple (the arabesque & seconde en l'air) that didnt turn out very well- my front shoulder was a bit raised on the arabesque and my wrists looked a bit flexed in the seconde- do you think this would matter, or do the photos have to be totally perfect? x
  7. Do you usually pay your dance teacher for helping you with the photos? I'm wondering wether I should offer to pay my teacher when she helps with my summer school photos...
  8. wow, that is Gorgeous!!! (Sorry i couldnt be of more help though!)
  9. aww, your poor dd!! Couldn't she try something totally non-dance related, to take her mind off the fact that she can't dance? What about drawing, or (i know it sounds so old-fashioned, but I quite like it,) embroidery? You can make some lovely things with a piece of fabric, some thread and a needle, and it will keep her busy for quite a while! hope she is better soon xx

  11. If I were you, i'd take a pair of ballet socks with you to the audition, see whether the other auditionees are wearing them. If in doubt, there will probably be assistants at the audition you could ask. Best of luck to your dd for the audition!! xx
