Perhaps people who know better should deluge The Sun with complaints?  Just because a fictitious company was doing it back 12 years ago is irrelevant to schools' practices.  (And what would be the point of doing it daily anyway?  There wouldn't be massive changes).

I haven't read The Sun, online or in paper form, since 1989. And I'm not from Liverpool.

I agree that many journalists need to  act more responsibly, and I think that the law probably needs to be strengthened around the harassment of private individuals who have the misfortune to come to their attention.

 

But I think we should bear in mind that journalists also do good work, as in the cases of the cot death mothers and the sub-post masters scandal. 

 

By the way, I don't read the Sun either.
