It took a long time...and a lot of shoes to settle on these but she loves them and now they are put of stock everywhere! Some online retailers happily take your cash and then wait until stocks come in before despatch rather than being up front about stock levels. Capezio's online stock and shop stock are on separate systems so I've previously found items sold out online in the store itself. It might be the same for Bloch?
