Aklf
Hi all, apologies for random request. I thought the wealth of experienced parents on here may be able to help. My dd has seen girls wearing black footless/stirrup ballet tights over their leotards and the don't have a gusset! I can find them nowhere and am wondering if such a thing can be bought? Any ideas? She's keen to wear them for an upcoming audition. Thanks all.
RuthE
Sorry to state the obvious, but couldn't she ask the girls she's seen wearing them?
Picturesinthefirelight
Dd wears Capezio or bloch black footless tights over her leotard for tap or modern.
Anna C
No idea whether they have a gusset - I suspect not - but have a look at Bloch Endura black stirrup tights. Probably worth getting one size up if they are to be worn over a leotard.
shygirlsmum
DD's class all wear them for tap and modern. I have always bought the Bloch ones at £7.50 a pair but DD goes through them pretty quickly so I am now switching to Primark £1.50 a pair and they are great.
Katymac
DD wears large black knickers over leotard/black tights for some classes - which might look similar?
Debs
My DD also gets hers from Primark x
Huddsballetmum
Primark is the place to go as they are hard wearing and cheap, but planet dance and dance direct do them as well at about £5 a pair which you can order online.
