    I did! I'm relatively new to ballet watching so excuse me if this isn't the right interpretation. But it's not very clear to me what Odile _is_ exactly. I find myself thinking "Is she an actual person with her own thoughts? Or is she just something constructed by Rothbart as a pawn to harm Odette". Because of that, I find the "evil" that is expressed through another medium feels almost soldier-like, if that makes sense. Mama Elena, at least in the book, has personal and selfish reasons to hurt Tita. I am interested to see how expressing that level of "evil" would be interpreted through dance.

    It is such a good book, I'd really recommend reading it before the premiere. However, those of you who've read the book will know — I just can't see Fumi as Mama Elena 😂 even though she was an impressive Satan in Dante. What an exciting cast, I can't wait.

    Ryoichi is in SCS near 1B. Not sure about the others as I saw them going back stage by the private door by 1A. Wayne was just mingling in PHH. A very cheerful crowd tonight!

    Oh sorry, thanks for the correction @art_enthusiast — I meant the in person event is not free but of course if it's on YouTube it'll be free of charge 😊 However, I'm not sure if it's being live-streamed because it doesn't say "camera filming" for the event description.

    No, it's £20 (there are still tickets left, though). Cast sheet says it's Kaneko and Bonelli so I'm guessing it'll be a swan lake rehearsal tonight. It will definitely be worth going in person!
