still waiting here and hoping some dada's will have been turned down for hammond....just wondering does anyone know how much bursary is offered and is it just a discount on fees or accomodation aswell?

even if you're not able to accept the place my dd always enjoyed the audition as it's in the form of a ballet class and she always learnt a lot from it. It's an extra lesson taught by principle eyb dancers and it would give you a good idea of what to expect if you are able to audition for a more convenient performance.

hi petite dancer. My dd has done EYB four times and each time they held a casting day where they choose the parts.It is like an audition but more relaxed and done as a class. A lot of the parts are chosen because of costumes (these are reused at every performance) do they choose dancers that would fit the costumes. They are quite strict about attendance though and I don't think they would be happy about you missing so many rehearsals.

does anyone have any details about accomodation for the hammond, and will I still be sent the info even though we didn't get the dada ( just incase I have a sudden windfall)!

does anyone know of any funded hammond places that have been turned down....being on the reserve list is like torture:(

we have a tutu bag and hang it so it's flat against a wall, it does take up quite a lot of space though. x

hi, I'm new to all this but my dd has auditioned for hammond sixth form and got a place but not a dada. The letter said she's on a reserve list....Does everyone without a dada go on the reserve list and does anyone have ideas on how we could get sponsorship? The Hammond has been her dream for a long time snd she's gutted that she has a place but may not be able to go:(
