Junior associates recommendations for South or West Yorkshire

My 9 year old has been put forward by her dance teacher, for the junior associate programme at RBS and even though I know chances of getting in are slim, I am very proud, as she’s is only 1 of 2 in the whole dance school, that the teacher has put forward. She is very excited and it’s made me think that I’d like to apply for other things as well. Can I get some recommendations for other good associate programs in the south/ West Yorkshire area please? We have looked at Northern ballet, but cannot do Friday nights, as this is one of her ballet class evenings.

  • Jan McNulty changed the title to Junior associates recommendations for South or West Yorkshire

@Dancing_Mae You might want to consider summer courses in the future.

Your dd is probably still too young for the 'big name' summer intensives, but its definitely worth looking into these next year or the year after.

In the meantime, @tutugirl's summer course comes highly recommended by several forum members, and takes children from the age of 6
