Pages jumping up after scrolling to end

Hi - I reported this a couple of times after the upgrade, but wanted to let you know it's still happening and is super irritiating!! 

 

Every time I scroll to the bottom of a page, it jumps up again by about 30 lines or so. The second time I scroll down, it stays put - it's only a first-time scrolling problem.

Presumably this is more than you simply scrolling down to the bottom before the page has had time to load fully (or if you're on a computer, "letting go" of the slider before it's reached its destination), in which case it does sometimes jump up to the top again?  I recognise the symptoms, but am not sure whether I've experienced them here or elsewhere.

This hasn't been an issue for me.

I've had this happen too actually - when I've actually been typing , the screen has jumped back up to earlier in the thread and I've had to scroll back down to continue typing. Not sure why, hasn't happened typing this time but the last couple of times I've posted it has

I have this with lots of sites.... agree - super irritating! Funnily enough it is rarely a problem on this forum!

I've never had this issue but over the last week it's happened to me but only intermittently and only on my iPad.
