Wanted - Black Practice tutu

Searching for a black practice tutu to fit me for as it is required for a summer school! To fit dress size 4 and waist 22" if possible. Height 146cm. Any information or tutus would be welcome! It's hard being a tiny dancer

i'm guessing the  standard 'go to' advice  of the  bloch belle   R2921   even in 'petite'  would be too  big ?  ( based on who the  medium- large  size  fits )

That’s the one DD got last year, she is a size 6 and we bought the Small, it’s a fab practice tutu.
