barton22
Apologies if this has already been posted about, but I just noticed that Ivy House has an event at 3pm on Sunday October 11th "exploring the daily life of a Royal Ballet dancer" with Gerald Dowler and it looks like Ball and Naghdi will will showing excerpts from Romeo and Juliet and other ballets (this is just a week after their matinee performance of R&J on the 3rd). Tickets are on sale now (I just grabbed a couple). https://www.jw3.org.uk/event/ivy-house-music-dance-afternoon-royal-ballet-dancers?pid=16250#.VavV0Hjsuyk
Coated
^ You're my favourite poster right now - I always miss events at Ivy House and have been meaning to go for the last 15 years or so since I used to regularly walk past it. Now remedied, and with an event I actually want to see

Coated
Ah, well spotted - the event URL still includes Ivy House so I didn't check further. Either way, still happy - never visited the JW3 and they have a bunch of interesting events.

alison
It would be interesting to get some feedback on the new venue: I know people used to complain about sightlines at the old one.
