Thank you. Yes the class was in Birmingham and we live in Cambridge.

Congratulations to all the children and their supportive grown ups for going through the audition process. My son got a place for London 32 for Year 5. He auditioned in London 30th of May (Day 3) group 4. He had already started the taster sessions at Elmhurst so feeling a bit overwhelmed (as we will now have to decline Elmhurst) but extremely pleased. PS: It was a NO last year.

Hi, I am also waiting for London results for year 5 for my son. Auditioned last year and it was a no. Sorry don’t have more info but as you mentioned a son I thought I’d say hello 😊

My son will be there at Dartington. In terms of other info, I forgot to say he is auditioning for Tring Classical Ballet Academy this Sunday.

Son March going into year 5 auditioned in London for London second choice Birmingham applied last year just accepted Elmhurst offer for year 5 and feel very happy about it.

@Spamcat London would be much easier location wise but again DS loved Elmhurst. I am wondering if someone puts Birmingham as a second choice and was to get a place at Birmingham would they hear at the same time as people who auditioned in Birmingham?

@Spamcat We applied for London but put Birmingham second on the application (for year 5). My ds loved the class at Elmhurst last Saturday and was amazed by how good the girls were. We had accepted the Elmhurst offer before going to the JA audition which was 30th of May so I have really been trying to get JA out of my head as so unlikely and feel very fortunate about the offer from Elmhurst. But still going crazy now🤣

Thank you spamcat! My son also said it was amazing. The new kids were only 6 for year 5 entry and 5 were there today. Just out of curiosity, any boys in your dd group? It is all so exciting

Thank you very much for the info. My son is in class right now for Year 5 taster but brought by daddy. Trying to get info out of husband🤦♀️. He said there were only 4 or 5 children going in. Thought they would be joining the whole group? Anyway, I am very excited can t wait to find out more .

I think read about a Jazz class too on a forum. I thought they would do more like a stretch class or conditioning specifically for ballet.
