@Luna sorry for your not yet. DD doesn’t have great flexibility so don’t let that put you off. Fingers crossed for next year. And fab she has ballet boost x

I’m now trying to decide whether to take the afternoon off and pick her up from school!

Oh my god! DD got a yes for year 4 Leeds. I am in shock and won’t see her until tonight. 

I want to shout it from the rooftops but don’t want the real world to know before DD. 

Haven't read the the rest of the posts yet. So will do that now.

Unrelatedly, my older daughter has been on a waiting list for her selected, favourite secondary school for 4 months - and my husband has been looking for a job since the same time.

Aww I’m sorry you’re still upset. SWL is an incredible achievement but I can understand the still waiting bit. 

You’ve got a lot of waiting to do. Hopefully the rest of 2019 will be kinder x

It’s Swan Lake. And yes I’m thankful there is no waiting for these ones.

Thank you. DD is very excited for it so I’m keeping everything crossed for her (dare I say it’s at the top of her list and would definitely soften a no for JAs 😳) x

I started out rather optimistic a week ago -

I know exactly how you feel. I’m resigned to a no now. 

We have EYB Auditons tonight though so nice to have something else to focus on. Just praying one of them goes our way.

I still think it’s harsh that they start sending them out and then stop.

I agree. And also send them all out one after the other. Over a few days is fine but why skip a day?

Unless the person that sends them doesn’t work Thursdays? 

It’d be really cruel to keep the results till next week when people will know that some results are out already (like us, but also less obsessive people that see result through social media 😁)

The later it gets the less likely I think Leeds will be today, but for some reason I’m calmer than yesterday. I’ve maybe resigned myself to the fact that today won’t be the day. 

Keeping my my fingers crossed for all you Eastleigh waiters though 🤞🤞
