  1. Ella, Teo, Lukas BB, Nicol Edmonds, Calvin and I’ll remember the other one at curtain up
  2. Nuñez on top form this evening and particularly smiley 😀 Great to see Teo Dubreuil back on stage too, he’s on matador duty
  3. The excitement’s building!!!! 😀 (although so is the dread of the nine hours I’ve got to wait for the train home after the show 🫣)
  4. Mariko Sasaki will be Queen of the Dryads according to her Instagram story
  5. That's because of the less publicised overtime ban between those dates
  6. Presumably it's yet to come.....or it was such exciting news I've forgotten it
  7. She was Kitri with Alexander Campbell when I went on my birthday in 2019.
  8. Mayara Magri replaces Natalia Osipova on 4th and 7th October!!
  9. There are now underground strikes on 4th and 6th October
  10. Me too, with the train strikes it would be great to know in advance if I should make an effort to get to an affected performance to see a debut (ie sit in Paddington station all night waiting for the first train the next morning)
  11. Good to see there were no technical gremlins today....even if so many performances had no SCS available
  12. Due to the rail strike I'm going to have to sit at home dreaming about the view from SCS D5 that I'm offering for sale, a bargain at £14 Please PM me if interested
  13. What a surprise...with three double show Saturdays in a row booked I knew at least one would be hit and so it's come to pass...and the Wednesday show too. I should have known they'd target the Tory party conference dates....hopefully they won't do the same to Labour which is the next week.
  14. Sorry I had no idea this programme had been extensively discussed for some time elsewhere
  15. Monday’s Panorama on BBC1 The Dark Side Of Ballet Schools (BBC1, 8pm) For Panorama, Mark Daly investigates claims emerging from the Royal Ballet in London and Elmhurst in Birmingham that a culture of bullying and extreme body consciousness is rife. Mental health issues and eating disorders are endemic, but is a reckoning on its way?
  16. Listened to it on my walk in the Wye Valley yesterday afternoon...an entertaining half hour, and I will live by her mid class instruction 'any port de bras you like' 😄
  17. This is a bit niche but I've just heard lines in to Paddington will be shut for engineering works 24-27 Dec inclusive...I assume this will affect Elizabeth Line services to as it's to do with work at Old Oak Common. I think my trip to see Leticia Dias as SPF is doomed.
  18. Just spotted this and have now booked Private Lives and Crown Jewels!! Thank you!!!
