Have sent email to the school but had no response so wondered if anyone here can help. How much is the ballet week and the drama wkend? Also as asked before are they both residential?

Can I ask my dd did a summer school this year and a lot of the girls said she should try tring next year. I can only see one for musical theatre do they have one for ballet and dif so how do u find out about it unless any of yiu more knowledgable can help

Yes I enjoyed the demonstration only criticism was that my dd did not get to do pointe in the demonstration as she is doing advanced syllabus it would have been nice to see and a few of the girls in her group said the same.on the whole an enjoyable week for her and she definately wants to do one next year

Hi, I have been to all shops in London and my daughter prefers grishko we were in Dancia on Saturday they are lovely in there , she has never had a problem with poor fitting. I would reccommend them and they have a selection but you should go round all the shops and find what is right for you.

Hi, My dd did her exam in March and like yours has always done the classical study and always passed with distinction, but this time was told she had to do free movement we questioned it and was told they would do free movement dance as a group to do something different. She still passed with distinction if not a little higher a mark so no harm was done and i think in the end she enjoyed the change. Good luck to your dd.

HI all, Update she has now had cast reduced to below elbow so is slowly getting back to dance. Show in July so rehearsals start soon. Exams have been postponed to next term. She has just had email from enb youth co. saying they have a taster day while her heart is more in ballet she would like to try the taster day. On the form it asks for any injuries.Does anyone know if the broken arm affects her getting a place onthe taster day or even the chances of getting in the company itself.

Sorry to hear that happened, what an inspiring recovery, pleased to hear everything turned out ok! I guess my DD will just have to wait until this cast comes of, maybe she can still do some plies

In the cast would she be able to dance and CeliB there is no damage to the elbow joint as the break is 2 or 3 inches below thanks again for all answers

Will it affect her arm if she dances? she has 2 breaks, one bone is clean and the other out of line does this change anything? also the cast is up to the middle of her bicep as the break was nearer the elbow then the wrist, does this make a difference? thankyou for all your answers <3

She has tap and modern exams in a couple of weeks so postponed as that is the weekend the cast may come off but national the week after so there may be hope for her yet. It is good to hear no long damage as i think she is worried and we have a show in July and she just got place for the enb summer school so is worrying her arm won't be strong enough. Thank you spannerandpony for moving it.

My dd unfortunately had a fall and has broken her arm.The doctors have not gone as far as saying she needs an operation so said in three weeks they hopefully will take the cast off and test the arm. She is worried this will affect her dancing so questions Will this badly affect her dancing? How long does it take to get back to normal? or anything else that may help

My dd got a place for enb week 2 which is 5th-9th. Congratulations to the yes's. Florence some places get turned down you may still get there.

Hi, Can i ask tutu-girl was it summer course a she applied for as my dd applied for summer course b and i called yesterday they said the letters for course b will be out by the end of the month.

Thank you I will call on Monday which week did your dd get into. I wondered if letters go out differently depending which week as we have heard nothing not even a no.
