Hi Curious, My DD kept an eye out but didn't spot your DD. My DD is in group 1. DD said there was a lady in watching the ballet class and after lunch the names of who was in each group and timetables were put up. Which group is your DD in? X

Well DD is all settled in at New Medlock House. DD said matrons are lovely and the single rooms with ensuite are very nice. There is a kitchen with fridge/freezer & tea/coffee making.Hope your DD enjoys her week Curious.Xx

The young lady who played the piano & sung in 'Peer Pressure' is very talented too. The 3 dancers & this young lady created a very powerful piece.

I agree the 2 gentlemen were excellent and I enjoyed their energy & enjoyment.

Hi Swan, What did you think of the student choreography pieces. The first was 'Peer Pressure' after Entree in Act 2 and the 2 gentlemen in act 3? Xx

When my dd for a yr9 place and ds for a yr7 place for Sept 2012 entry auditioned for classical course at Tring we did the 2nd to last audition day in late February. Both children were offered boarding bed and funding final. So I would recommend going with your gut feeling. Interestingly my ds only showed dance no singing, instruments or Drama to get to funding final. X

Just keen to know what its like. I am aware that there was a trio in the show. X

So what was the verdict of The Hammond Show tonight? X

Will that be a degree in ballet? As currently they have a common year then 2 years of either classical based diploma or Musical theatre.xx

Pictures does that mean that The Hammond won't be offering DADA's anymore? From September 2015 intake? Xx
