I looked back onto the RCS website and there is some info on acceptance dates ... scroll right down near the bottom of the page and find How to Apply > Replying to offers - it looks like your reply date will depend on your offer date. No movement yet, like you, we are waiting and I asked on the zoom call last Thursday when will they start making offers and they said they will check the declines every few days but still nothing.
