Alina as always is my favourite as Giselle but I also was impressed by the dancer from the Dance Theatre of Harlem.

The great Virginia Johnson who I saw as Giselle with the Royal Ballet in the early 1990s

Loved the clip of Lynn Seymour.  And nobody can work a cloak like Nureyev!

I think Sylvie Guillem was marvellous when I saw her in Giselle with the RB.  And the only one I have ever seen who didn't portray Giselle as a suicide.  I can't find any of her with the RB, here is one with Lauren Hilaire as Albrecht. The mad scene is about 45 minutes in.
