I should add, there are students in their second year of vocational training leading this. One of the lovely dancers in the group is 18 and in 2nd year at Rambert. There are dancers from WL, Elmhurst, ENBS, Tring and Central too represented in the group. AVery inspirational group of youngsters doing it to promote dance amongst other young people. My dd is lucky enough to be part of the founding members and the young man leading them, Richard, is a force to watch for the future. Their choreography is original and fun.

Workshop in dance attic, Fulham. There is a workshop in dance attic for young dancers on dec 2nd from 12 till 5 . I have heard there are still a few places left.

Also a note for any RBS associates shopping at the ROH shop....if you can show something to prove your daughter/son is an associate, you will get a good discount...can't remember if it was 15 or 20 percent. Sadly we didn't find out till my dd's last week as a JA!! (but the discount was welcome anyway!)

Like LTD's daughter, my daughter is loving her first year of ENBS. She has to travel over an hour to her lodgings...which she is happy to do to be where she is. They seem to have a lot of work to do at home so I am not sure that A levels are sensible alongside their already very long day. As LTD says, if they finish the course, they end up with a very high level qualification in an area they want to work in. My dd did well at Tring in her GCSEs but was happy to say goodbye to traditional 'academic' subjects. Good luck to everyone auditioning for 6th form places this year.

Hi Spanner, My middle dd had this leo and loved it...but if you get one keep it awasy from the tumble drier. Martin was helping with the washing and shrunk it! Thankfully it fitted smaller daughter! Very good quality leo and lovely on!
