I'm not familiar with grades as no experience of ballet before DD started. It seems she is doing 2 exam boards so IDTA grade 5 and inter foundation RAD. Does this sound right?

My daughter is just 11/year 6 and just started grade 5. I think this is about average

The northern results have been sent out. We got ours on Saturday. Hope you are not waiting too long Ponklemum

My daughter did cecchetti last year and loved it. It was well organised and the standard of teaching was good (northern associates). We've not done the others so can't compare but a dancer at dds dance school does moorlands and speaks highly of it.

DD had email for SWL for Manchester. Not likely that anyone will turn their place down though. I need to take her attitude on board and be more like her "never mind mum, it's not like I can never dance again, now that would be a disaster"!!

My dd talked about the seaweed too. She did the audition in Manchester. From everyone's experiences, am I right in thinking that the results are sent in order of audition venues?

Hi everyone, this is my first post!! I'm interested to find out if anyone has had results for JA audition yet. My daughter auditioned and we were told July for the results but I spoke to other dance mums who said the results were sent out last week. Does everyone hear at the same time? Thanks
