DD is in her first ballet show tomorrow; just realised she doesn't wear her ballet shoes once!

Tap, jazz, character, pointe & even bare feet.....so why did need new satin ballet shoes?

Oh the joys of new soft satin slippers - I remember them well!   I loved admiring my feet in them, after the tough old leather everyday shoes.....  If she doesn't use them you could always have her autograph them and put them in a glass display case for when she's famous!  You could sell them then and make a fortune

You see I was right - with compliments like those it really does sound like she has what it takes to become a dancer - those shoes may indeed be worth a fortune one day   Anyway, enjoy the show and your lovely daughter.......

The show was AMAZING

 

DD was amazing & her teacher was amazing; I can't wait for the DVD

 

I spent nearly the entire day back stage & I hated it - I was shocked by the selfish behaviour of some dancers there, really shocked

 

DD has asked for her poster to be signed by her teacher to go on her wall
