Sim Posted January 18, 2018 Share Posted January 18, 2018 Very sadly, Vadim Muntagirov is ill and will be replaced by Federico Bonelli on the opening night. I wish Vadim well very soon, and hope that he will be ok for their performance on February 1st. I'm unable to get to tomorrow night's performance but can't help but recall that amazing Swan Lake when the apparently-never-cast-together Nunez and Bonelli were thrown together unscheduled for one matinee only because of Lauren Cuthbertson's injury (I seem to recall Cojocaru took over her other 2 performances, which dates it to autumn 2012) and it was as if the stage caught fire.
