BlueLou Posted January 4, 2016 Share Posted January 4, 2016 Hi hans11 - last year associates just had to email AnneMarie and say that they wished to be considered for CAT. Their initial assessment was done during their February associate assessment. Then about 4 or 5 of them were asked to attend the Easter course to be further assessed for suitability (although I think that if you could’t do the Easter course there was a hint that an alternative assessment cold be arranged).
